In order to keep track of requests for reimbursement for troop expenses such as campout groceries, troop supplies and personal gear from scout accounts etc. we request that you fill out the Troop 60 Reimbursement form (click on Documents & Forms in the menu to the right).  Please include copies of the reciepts.  Mail to the Treasurer at the address on the form. 

In an effort to be greener (OK and to alleviate a bunch of paperwork) the troop is moving to a once a year permission slip.  It has all the legalese things we need to get signed like campout permission, photo releases etc.  Please fill out this form and turn it in as soon as possible.  No need to fill out permission slips for every campout anymore!  Look under Documents and Forms > Admin to download a copy. 

Since funding for your scouts outings really just comes out of their Scout Accounts you can just make a deposit to their scout account that will cover several campouts, then you don't have to worry about it for a while.  Or if you prefer you can still deposit a check to the scout account for each event.  We'll be working on different methods to sign up for events from paper sign up lists to web forms. 

Hopefully this new process will allow us to streamline event sign-up and make everyone's life a bit easier.
